In 2001, I had been diagnosed by my physician with macular degeneration. After many eye examinations, it was determined that
my eyesight was failing fast, and I was destined to be blind within a few months.

Around that time Steve Sampson was speaking at Dayspring Church in Sydney, Australia. I listened to him exhorting about having
expectation toward God, and pulling virtue from God. As I sat near the back along with several hundred people, I began to call
upon the Lord. I told the Lord that I didn't want to become blind, and I sat there praying silently but passionately for God do
something about my failing eyes.

Finally, the meeting was coming to a close and a final prayer was being said, then suddenly Steve said, "Wait,
there is someone that needs healing in their eyes that the Lord wants to heal." I quickly raised my hand. He walked
back to me and prayed briefly that the Lord would indeed touch me and heal me. The meeting was over, and my
wife and I went home.

Within two days, I revisited my doctor, who repeated all the former tests. The final results were amazing. There was
no sign of macular degeneration. My eyes were totally healed!! Two and a half years later, my eyes are still perfect.
I am 62 years old.

By the way, a few months after this marvelous healing that Jesus did for me, my dentist found a tumor under my
jawbone. The dentist planned surgery to remove the tumor, informing me that he would have to pull three teeth in
order to remove the tumor. While awaiting the surgery date, one day my wife said to me, "Why don't you believe
God to heal you of your tumor, the same way He healed your eyes?" Well, we prayed and believed Him to heal me.
Within a few days, I went back to the dentist, and upon examination, he proclaimed, "The tumor is gone
completely." Praise God. The surgery was not needed, and I didn't have to have any teeth pulled. To God be the
glory!
